The 2020 Pandemic has provided many hurdles to overcome and opportunities to embrace. In my family alone, we have had to overcome the need for all of us to be on the internet at the same time, dueling schedules, and the conflict that arises when a family of five is stuck with each other for seven months. Yet, there also has been opportunities such as morning walks, family dinners, game nights, and the joy found in shared experiences. While it has been difficult, we have also grown closer as a family because we have taken advantage of our time and resources.
This week Pastor Melinda and I continue our conversation about the differences found in the cultures of small and large congregations as we discuss the hurdles and the opportunities each church culture faces as they deal with the complications of the pandemic.
