Nursery assistant

We are seeking a Nursery Assistant to join our staff team. This position plays a vital role within our children’s and family ministries by working with the Nursery Coordinator to ensure a safe, caring, and nurturing environment for infants and toddlers during worship services on Sunday mornings and during special events.

Compensation: $16.50/hour
Work Schedule: Up to 4 hours per week with additional opportunities for special events

Church Custodian

Puyallup United Methodist Church (Puyallup UMC) is an inclusive community that affirms every person is a beloved child of God endowed with dignity, value, and beauty. We welcome all people into the life and ministry of our church without judgment.  

We are seeking a Church Custodian to join our staff team. Applicants must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and would be responsible for sanitizing, routine cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, etc., and should possess general mechanical reasoning and communication skills. Experience is an asset but not required.

Compensation: $20/hour
Work Schedule: Up to 12 hours per week with additional opportunities for special events
