We are seeking an Adminstrative Assistant to join our staff team. This position plays a vital role within Puyallup United Methodist Church by recording funds received and up-keeping membership records and the database. The Administrative Assistant works with the treasurer, the committee on finance, and the pastoral and office staff to support the ministry of the congregation.

Primary duties will include ensuring all membership changes and attendance tracking are completed and accurately noted in the database; posting weekly offerings to individual givers or family accounts; overseeing the training and work of volunteers to count the offering; preparing semi-annual giving statements for distribution; providing annual income reports; producing and delivering special mailings such as the annual Fundraising Campaign, special giving opportunities, and other print mailings as needed.

Compensation: $20-$21.50 per hour; Paid Time Off;
Work Schedule: 15-20 hours/week.
